I never knew the Google merchant services existed till now. I have used most of the Google products but I din come across this. Need little more awareness for products by Google for retail stores.
...just started the process... easy to setup... like all applications coming from Shopify.. wondering how successful we will be with this channel
Great experience! So easy to connect ;) I will recommend 100% Shopify & google merchant for businesses.
Easy to use. We saw traffic and sales increase. We added it to our Shopify store as an app. It was easy.
It really makes the integration process easy and smooth. It connects Merchant Center, Smart Shopping and even create the conversion actions needed on Google Ads (check if you don't want to included them in your Conversions column).
Having created bespoke pictures of products to fit in with my website, my listings got rejected because of the images. Could not amend feed image details to provide an alternative picture that was OK .
Hey there!
Claire here from Shopify Support. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry to hear of the struggles you were facing. If there were changes made to your account settings this can trigger a re-sync which might be what happened here.
I would love to talk to you further and better understand the issues you were facing to see what we can do on our end. I will send you an email to open up that line of communication!

I am trying the app out to see how I like it. Google seems to be really pushing shopping these days and making life easier for us.
Google is the best source of new customers to my business. Thank you everyone who works there. Google search is amazing and Google My Business has been a wonderful connection to new customers.
intuitive and user friendly. It was a simple as a few clicks to set up the google channel from the Shopify environment!
Thank you, very good application.
I used it for the first time and it works very well.
You should wait for the first sales.
At the moment it helps us to promote our books.
