This app is a total disaster. Following all setup steps and spending a lot of time to present all our products diligently, we got banned by Google, and then spent months trying to find out how to unblock our account. Until today we haven't succeeded.
They keep sending us vague emails, telling us to read endless articles and policies and guess what we might have done wrong.
Not only is this treatment pretty arrogant and condescending to a merchant with absolutely no intention to do any harm. It's also completely disrespectful of our time. We have wasted so much time on this topic with no outcome.
The monopoly that a company like Google holds unfortunately allows them to treat merchants like this.
Hi there. We are sorry to hear this has been a cause of frustration for you. Google's policies are in place to protect merchants and consumers. I do see that you have been in touch with our support team and hopefully they can reach a resolution for you. Thank you for your patience.
This is a great app and it helps you lots analyzing the data and use of your site or eshop. Highly recommend.
Easy to setup, simple to use. I would certainly need more handholding in terms of marketing but so far, I am very satisfied with the outcome.
good app for advertising your product to people shopping on the internet and help them purchase the product.
