Using it for GA4.0 but the analytics is very different from actual figure. Support is not helpful either.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with conversion tracking on the Google & YouTube app. There are a number of reasons why GA4 conversion tracking may differ from other dashboards such as UA or Shopify analytics. It looks our support team did provide more context as to how GA4 tracking works and I am sorry if this is still causing frustration for you. Having a nightmare since 14th August the majority of our products have been disapproved in the merchant centre dashboard. We haven't installed any new apps or made any changes to our store so completely confused as to why this has happened! Tried raising a case/support ticket with both Shopify and Google support teams, both pass the buck back to each. Nobody wants to take ownership and sort this mess out, its the worse customer service ever! We have now cancelled all our campaign ads until we can get some resolution. Don't know what else to say.

This app was working perfectly fine for us up until around 30th DEC 2022 but maybe it quit prior to that? Since then, we've had no product updates and as a result, our pricing on Google is incorrect. We've tried uninstalling the app, and connecting our Google account again but still, no products are being synced. Also it's saying many products will expire....need help please!

Chris here from Shopify I recognize that you have products expiring soon and have faced sync issues for some time now; however, there was an error with the channel that was preventing data from reaching Google. Easy to use and allows me to link my shopify store to the new Google Analytics page to track data and conversions.
Continually asks to confirm contact page on site, which we have done repeatedly. It shows completed for a couple hours then goes right back to needing verification, again. We have multiple points of contact on our site. Also, will not let us enter Merchant Data...the only option is to create a new account.

Makes integration with Google and Youtube easy. These integrations can be difficult to get right and it often changes over time, but this app helps a lot! It definitely increased the traffic to our website.
