I'm still only just learning but I feel they have made it pretty user friendly for us non-IT Wizz types!
I used it to load my products online and it works for that except that I had to redo my products twice due to our products containing a lot of capitals
Easy to use app. Setup was not complicated for this online store. Check points helpful. Recommends.
I am not computer savvy but the online video was so easy to follow and then do myself that I give it a 5 out of 5. I just love Google and everything about it! So user friendly it's amazing the things I have done with my website with help from you and your apps. Thank you so much! Socuteineedonetoo

Hey there!
Claire here from Shopify Support. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry to hear of the struggles you were facing with set up and getting your products synced. I understand at the time of the review there was some syncing issues occurring with the Google Channel, but these have been resolved now.
I will reach out to you on email to open up a line of communication, and we can see if there is any further assistance you need from our end!

The info was some what easy to understand I just wish it had pricing. I hope I can get more traffic to my store
You helped me fix the uploading challenges by clearly stating what needed to be fixed. This has been an incredibly busy time under huge pressures for our small business and you had in-built help for those who had very little online business support around. Other online companies simply cut you off without an explanation. You could see where people could make mistakes and helped to correct them efficiently. Thank you
I want to use this app to let more people know our products and our factory. Now I don't use well with google, hope I can know more about this app.
Works as advertised. It was a really smooth process. It probably took 5 minutes to get setup. Very happy!
Simplifies the process for targeted advertising and makes the daunting task of online promotion via google very easy.
