Same problem as everyone else. Misrepresentation. They flat out refuse to help with this. While you're trying to figure out what they want repaired you break 10 more things. Congress should finally step in and take this kind of power away from these people. They are destroying small businesses while propping up multi-billion dollar companies. I encourage everyone to write and call your representatives in your state. This will not remedy itself.
And the truth is, Google gave all their power to AI and they don't know what's causing the Misrepresentation. That is why we get copy/paste answers. They have no idea what is wrong, and they refuse to offer customer support. The same support and transparency they demand from sellers. Contact your reps. Call them every day until they break up this monopoly.

This app is terrible absolutely no customer service, and impossibly to set up.

Too bad there is no way to leave a zero star review. Don't expect to get real help when all your items go invisible. I am on my 5th month and the technical team is diligently working on my issue? Errors and ZZ and feed USD no US. Seems like they really could care less....
its hard to find what items didn't clear,for showing, in the list it shows each variant as a separate product
So far so good for me since this is my first time starting my ecommerce business. Google has really been supportive of reviewing and executing my products. really thankful.
It is corrupt trash. Look up the mass arbitrations being filed against Google. They have been overcharging merchants for years. Their agreement makes it where you can't sue them when they cheat you. If you have been using Google Ads, get your money back. Avoid falling into their trap.
