Amazing tool easy for everyone to lis their products on google and youtube. Works Good for our Store We Got so many orders from google
Having a nightmare since 14th August the majority of our products have been disapproved in the merchant centre dashboard. We haven't installed any new apps or made any changes to our store so completely confused as to why this has happened! Tried raising a case/support ticket with both Shopify and Google support teams, both pass the buck back to each. Nobody wants to take ownership and sort this mess out, its the worse customer service ever! We have now cancelled all our campaign ads until we can get some resolution. Don't know what else to say.
Hi,
I'm Cíara from the Shopify Apps team. Thanks for leaving a review, we always want to hear how our merchants are doing.
I'm sorry you had an issue with the data quality, that's not something we normally hear about. I'm going to follow up with you via email to make sure that this gets resolved, and we can get your site on Google Shopping easily.
Keep an eye out for my email, it won't be long till I send it.

This app was working perfectly fine for us up until around 30th DEC 2022 but maybe it quit prior to that? Since then, we've had no product updates and as a result, our pricing on Google is incorrect. We've tried uninstalling the app, and connecting our Google account again but still, no products are being synced. Also it's saying many products will expire....need help please!
Hello Macomb Marine Parts,
Chris here from Shopify I recognize that you have products expiring soon and have faced sync issues for some time now; however, there was an error with the channel that was preventing data from reaching Google. This has now been resolved and you should see your products sync shortly. I'll send you an email to review specific details for your store.

Es la mejor forma de darte a conocer y mejorar la búsqueda de tus productos con clientes hemos tenido un incremento en las ventas y un mejor posicionamiento. MUY BUENA
Easy to use and allows me to link my shopify store to the new Google Analytics page to track data and conversions.
Continually asks to confirm contact page on site, which we have done repeatedly. It shows completed for a couple hours then goes right back to needing verification, again. We have multiple points of contact on our site. Also, will not let us enter Merchant Data...the only option is to create a new account.
Hi there and thanks for the review! We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble onboarding. We will reach out directly to see if we can get you setup correctly. Thank you for your patience.
Makes integration with Google and Youtube easy. These integrations can be difficult to get right and it often changes over time, but this app helps a lot! It definitely increased the traffic to our website.
