GPTLab — Get Found by AI is an excellent app for improving our store’s visibility in AI search. Frank and David are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They take the time to explain everything clearly and provide great recommendations for improving the store.

Their support is outstanding—quick, responsive, and always willing to help. I’ve had a very positive experience working with Frank and David and highly recommend GPTLab to any Shopify store owner who wants to improve their presence in AI-powered search.

Highly recommended!

A robust application with relevant features that are easy to install and Mann. This is a good job on a lot of tasks without a doubt the very best complementary solution for any e-commerce site. You're just starting out on a light budget. I highly recommend this the expert running you through the features and helping you out in the very beginning. It's a really good service they don't BS you and go through a lot of different things in a short period of time very informative. They want you to fill out a review in the very beginning, but I've waited to see what its really about. Because of this, I eliminated a few paid applications that were not as thorough is this.

David is great, he help me in everything.

Excellent App & Exceptional Customer Service!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with GPT Lab, and the customer service has been outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Frank, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me get the most out of the app.

As a small business owner, having reliable support makes such a difference. Frank took the time to answer my questions clearly and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.

GPT Lab is a great tool, but the exceptional support from Frank makes it even better. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommended!

I downloaded this app as an adjunct to SEOLab. It has only been a few days, and it has worked nicely so far. Easy to follow and understand, no major glitches. I had a huge glitch with SEOLab and scheduled a live call. The tech support agent (for both apps) was very helpful in escalating my issue to the developers, who are supposed to reach out tomorrow. He was supportive, patient, and although unable to resolve the issue directly served as a valuable link to those who can.

Cool tool to quickly get an overview of what you can do better to show up when potential customers talk to their favorite assistant. Frank was a great help when I was running into issues with my robots.txt and not sure if bots would see my content. Great service!

It was such a pleasure speaking with Frank who assisted me with resolution of some critical issues regarding my Shopify Store. His knowledge of the app is exceptional and I look forward to working with him again should I have future issues with the technical side of my store.
