Easy to use and install - they have great filtering options & analytics that we have found super useful when reviewing responses from customers.

Grapevine is a very easy tool to use. We used it to develop a customer post-purchase survey and connect it to our eCRM/e-mail tools. Sam and Stu with Grapevine have been very responsive and helpful with onboarding, setup, and QA'ing our effort. Highly recommend.
