Really intuitive app which does exactly what it should do. We gather a lot of helpful insights since it's implemented. Also customer service is super friendly and helpful.
Thanks for the great review Daniel and good luck with your campaign!
Great app, not intrusive on customers and it's free, got some really solid insights from this, so don't be a dingus, give it a try silly!
Thanks for the great review, glad you like the app. It looks like you're getting great feedback from your Customers! Thanks again and we hope to bring more great features to the app to make it even more insightful!
Very easy to manage and get started. Highly recommend. I am really excited to see the turnout of how my brand is growing
Thanks for the great review, we're sure you'll be pleased with how well Grapevine collects responses from your customers.
Great app - does what it says on the tin and best of all it's free! Very happy overall and looking forward to seeing the feedback.
Thanks for the great review, we hope you'll be collecting survey responses very soon!
So far so good! I just installed the app and it was very easy to navigate and extremely user friendly. Interested to know more about the "Customer Tag Prefix" and the "Order Tag Prefix"
Hopefully customers start responding!
Hi, thanks for the great review of our Grapevine app. I've sent you an email with information about Tag Prefixing... but in short, it allows you to identify the tag as having come from the Grapevine app before we then auto apply the tag value which will be the customer's selected survey response. Hope that makes sense! Please just reply to my email if you need anything further. Thanks again!
i.e. you might use the Prefix "Survey:" before selected survey option to make it "Survey: Word of mouth" or "Survey: TV advert" or "Survey: Facebook Ad".
This was exactly what I was looking for! Great, non-intrusive way to conduct marketing research. Blends seamlessly with the check-out page and was a breeze to set up. Thank you for providing this app for free!
Thanks for your great review, we're really pleased that you're enjoying the app and are able to use it for your market research. Hopefully it's providing you with the insight you need to allocate your marketing spend. Thanks again!
At one point we were getting a lot of new users, and my co-founder said "We are getting so many new customers that we don't have the time to ask them how they heard about us.". After adding Grapevine, we let our customers tell us in a non-intrusive way. Absolutely love it.
Thanks for the great review! We're glad that Grapevine was able to save you the time!
Great App - I really appreciate it being free and will check out your other paid apps, as this is too good. We really needed something like this to better understand where business is coming from. Grapevine gives us a roadmap on what to double down on. Thank you!
Thanks for the great review, we're really glad it's helping you to find out more about the conversions on your store and where to allocate your Marketing spend... pssst... our Happy Birthday app is quite popular too! ;)
Grapevine has been wonderful in helping us figure out post-purchase attribution! We're super excited to see what they roll out.
Thanks for the great review Andy! Amazing to see how many survey responses you're receiving! I think you'll like some of the new features we have planned!
