Running a pet supply store for 6 years. I've used 3 loyalty apps. Gratify is the one that finally sticks. The custom rewards feature is what did it — I can offer 'free upgrade to priority shipping' as a 200-point reward, which means my margin stays intact. Most apps only let you give discounts, which kills margin. Team hopped on a 20-min call with me to make sure my custom reward was configured right before Black Friday. Real partnership energy.

My customers love the VIP levels more than I do. I set up three tiers and now I get messages all the time from moms asking how to get to Gold. Engagement is through the roof. We also run points for birthday which I didn't think would matter but it's our 3rd most redeemed reward type. Quick story — I had the points widget disappear from cart page on a Tuesday, sent a panic email, the team fixed it same day and followed up the next morning to make sure it held. Switched from Smile last month and honestly? Wish I did it sooner. We run a small skincare brand (around 1,200 orders/mo), and we were paying almost $200/mo on Smile for stuff we barely used.
