I asked customer service multiple times to pause the account because it wasn’t what I was thinking it was. They kept putting it off until I was charged and then they showed me a link to uninstall it.
Now I have to go and rebuild my Klaviyo flows and get their “stuff” out of my account.
No offer to return the amount charged even though I never used their service.
I was hopeful when I saw the demos but customer service and support was terrible.
We want to add an important update for anyone reading this review: 100% of this customer’s charges have been refunded. Every dollar paid to Grid & Pixel was returned.
During the two months we worked together, we created 20+ campaign emails, 10+ flows, pop-up assets, and other work for the account. We also provided active, hands-on service and direct support throughout the engagement.
When the customer decided Grid & Pixel was not the right fit, we provided instructions to uninstall the app and end the subscription. When they remained dissatisfied, we refunded every dollar they paid.
We understand that our service will not be the right fit for every merchant, and we wish them the very best.
I signed up for the done-for-you service, and I'm so glad I did. Their team took care of everything and made the whole process incredibly easy.
The emails look clean, on-brand, and the animations really make them stand out. They look so much more professional than anything I could have put together myself.
The best part is the team. They're super responsive and always happy to make changes whenever I ask.
If you're using Shopify and Klaviyo and want emails that actually look beautiful without all the work, I'd definitely recommend Grid & Pixel.
