Grid & Pixel's 'Autopilot' ran our Klaviyo account Mar-Oct 2026. Their own Mar 2026 suppression recommendation was never executed, driving ~$500 in avoidable Klaviyo charges. Templates they shipped carried unresolved PROMOCODE placeholders across 1,292 of 1,965 sends; our Jul 31 questions were never answered. A $149 charge posted after cancellation was demanded. A Partner Conduct complaint has also been lodged with Klaviyo. We demanded a $1,543 refund; only the $149 has been refunded. I will remove this review once the damages are remedied.

We had a great experience working with Grid & Pixel across multiple brands. They were excellent from the beginning and honestly just kept getting better over time. They really took the time to learn our businesses, understand our customers, and develop phenomenal email campaigns that reflected each brand's personality.

They also managed our Klaviyo flows and automations, and we were extremely happy with the quality of their work. The entire team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting things right.

If you're a Shopify merchant who doesn't have the time or expertise to manage your own email marketing, I would absolutely recommend hiring Grid & Pixel. They know what they're doing, and they're a pleasure to work with. Five stars from us!

I can say my short experience with Grid & Pixel has exceeded my expectations! I was initially skeptical because I’ve tried similar automated marketing services before, and they were a waste of time, energy, and money.

What has stood out is the care the team takes to understand my brand. The templates are polished, but I wanted a more distinctive look. Sheila has been exceptional at understanding my vision and translating it into thoughtful designs for my emails, flows and SMS.

My brand has not sent out marketing emails in over a year and In just two months, Grid & Pixel has helped generate thousands in sales. I’m grateful for the results and feel the service has been a worthwhile investment. The process involves more collaboration than I expected from an automated service, but the strong return has made that effort worthwhile.
