I had a great experience with the GroPulse support team. They were very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

Even though the issue came from a specific variant on my side, their follow-up and willingness to assist made everything much easier to resolve. Communication was clear, and they were quick to check back in to make sure everything was working properly.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable app with excellent customer support!

We were looking for a way for our customers to save items. The Wishlist app does exactly that and is very easy to maintain. It even has other great features such as restock notifications. Setting it up was a bit tricky, but the support team was very friendly and helpful.

It does its job for the customers as far as having a venue to store a list of products they hope to purchase at some point, BUT...many of our customers are requesting that their wishlist were sharable for occasions such as birthdays. As a shop owner, I would like to be able to view/access our individual customer's lists for giveaways and/or gifts.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to let you know that shareable wishlists are already available in our latest update. Your customers can share their wishlists for special occasions like birthdays with friends and family.
We’re continuously working to enhance the app experience by adding new features. We understand that the ability for store owners to view individual customer wishlists is an important feature, and we’re planning to include it in a future update.
