Extremely long wait times for quotes, sometimes not receiving any at all which has forced me to use other drop shippers.
Agents not helping with requests for SKUs or giving shipping information - overall delays and unprofessionalism.

The product catalog is solid and deliveries have been reliable. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a dependable solution to scale your store.
