Hello, Our app clearly says that it doesn't generate the GTINs but Syncs them with google. You will need to add GTINs prior to use our app.
Please send us an email and we will issue a refund.

Our app clearly states that it will only sync the GTINs with Google merchant center. We don't provide new GTINs or can verify them if they are correct, its your responsibility where you buy from. As you buy you just hit sync and then check on GMC. You didn't even ask for any help and just left a bad review along with refund email. We surely will refund you in full as it didn't workout for you but you must get support before leaving a review that doesn't reflect the app functionality.
