Answers order, product and stock questions from live store data, and prepares order changes for you.
Guildia is an AI front-desk employee for your store. It answers "where's my order?" from your live orders after checking the customer's order number and email, and checks price and stock at that moment. It also prepares changes: a draft order with a checkout link, an address change or cancellation before shipping, or a return. Each waits for your approval until you choose otherwise; cancellations always need you. Nothing is invented: if it doesn't know, it says so.
