Easy to use is my best priority.
I've had limited experience with your app so unfortunately, I can't make provide a proper review. All I can say is that I can't use your app until I become a member until I explore your store for an unspecified amount of doing but I can't really explore because I can't use any features until I become a member which is odd and kinda off putting.
Dear MiMi's HandCrafted Gifts store admin,
This is Sunny from the GV Gift Card Team. First of all, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
What you described is definitely not the experience we want our users to have, and I completely understand why it felt off-putting if you were unable to explore the app features properly before getting started.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this issue further and help you have a smoother experience with the app. Could you please reinstall the app on your store so our team can check and verify the issue from our side? Once the app is reinstalled, we’ll review everything carefully and assist you as quickly as possible.
Please let me know once the app has been reinstalled, and I’ll personally follow up with you right away.
Warm regards,
Sunny

WE WOULD LOVE TO TRY ALL FEATURES
Set up was very easy.
Smart developers get you to write a review in order to get extra features during set up. I feel like their craftiness demonstrates that this app is going to be pretty great.
