SB: Helpdesk, Live Chat & FAQs

Simple and easy to set up, easy user interface. Certainly an app to add to your website, saves the hassle and helps potential customers.

Thanks

This app is GREAT. Very easy to set up. Very easy to organize. Very easy to edit. Coding is required for customization. More text edits than just bold and italic would be nice.

I can't say enough about these guys. Very very fast to respond to my support queries and I feel like they genuinely care about their customers. Great app and next level support!

This App is awesome, it does exactly what I need it to do, is neat beautifully presented and easy for customers to navigate through. Just proves the best things in life are free!

The support was great and to the point.

Happy with the app ... it does everything that we need to.

Having a section for adding CSS would be nice but nothing major for the store.

Great app, amazing fast customer service (thank you Marius), does what it's supposed to do.... and it's FREE!

you can check it out on our site www.ibeadcanada.com (header menu > Help Centre)

This is just AWMESOME! Our FAQs look so nice now, I really like how it looks like. And when we faced some display issues related to our template, the support took actions in a very short time!

Acabo de Empezar a utilizarla porque hace tiempo hice un curso de Dropshiping y los profesores recomendaban esta APP. Actualmente me la ha recomendado mucha gente y voy a profundizar en ella
!

Had an issue with the app and how it was loading on the website, but the support team got back to me immediately and was able to solve the issue quickly. Very much appreciate the speedy support!

This app provided exactly what I was looking for in regards to functionality and design. Is simple to use and delivers a lovely layout. A must for those who wish to provide a quality FAQ section.
