Installed Help Centre but needed a couple of changes to it. Help Centre response and customer service was five star.
Find the app straightforward and very easy to use! The interface also looks great with a few nice looking templates.

Very useful app and easy to use. Has all the important customisation you need. Support is also very quick and helpful.
Works perfectly, Support is spot on when needed. in fact I only had to use their support once during the past two years.
Excellent format and very easy to use! I would highly recommend this app for anyone building a FAQ page or knowledge base.
