Ilija Kostic-Was excellent! Not only did he solve our issue, he was able to provide helpful information on what caused the issue and how to fix it.

Had an issue with email and Emilija was great with assisting me. She emailed me daily to give me an update and didn't stop until it was corrected.

Gorgias helps us organize support emails over our company so that we are not double helping customers to have to forward emails to the right person.
