We love Gorgias. We previously had Freshchat & it was so clunky & difficult to use. Gorgia's so much better & intuitive to Shopify. I HIGHLY recommend them & their customer service rocks too!
I rarely require customer service as most information is easy to find and use, which is why I generally enjoy using Gorgias. What interaction we do have is always quick and efficient, however.

Great app with really good customer service! Over the last few days I have had to reach out to customer service for a couple questions and they helped me tweak a few things in a matter of minutes!
After Gorgias, everything changed in our store for good. I recommend this to every store with more than 500 orders per month. I would love to have WhatsApp integrated as well in the future. Thanks!!
I had a great experience with the staff of Gorgias. I've been using it for the past year, and have always been helped immediately when an issue as come up. Super communication and very user-friendly.
Can't send SMS. It's been weeks and they still haven't fixed it. I rely on this heavily and no one knows when or if there will ever be a resolution. I'm losing clients because I can't operate fully.

We're truly sorry to hear about the SMS issue, we completely understand it's an essential channel for your business!
However, as the issue isn't directly on Gorgias' end, please let me provide some more info on this one:
Our phone and SMS provider Twilio faced an outage for their SMS component that lasted for quite some time, but after the outage was resolved on their end, we noted that your issue was also related to their toll-free verification process that hadn't been completed.
We reached back out to you with the form needed to verify your toll-free number. I see you had submitted the form - thank you for that! - and one of our agents reached out to you to let you know we'll get back to you as soon as Twilio processes the request.
I assure you we're completely aware of how important this is to you and we're doing all we can on our end to mediate between our provider and our clients, but I'm afraid we can't impact how much time it takes for them to process any requests or resolve any outages, unfortunately.
Once again, we truly apologize for the bad experience you've had and we'll be reaching out to you once again once all this is resolved to make sure everything's working correctly and that you can use Gorgias to streamline your support as much as possible and grow your business.

Fantastic app and fantastic support. The app is a game changer with all the automation and ease of use for my CS people. Support is great particularly during COVID time with good support to clients.
Great App, it was a game changer for our business in terms of automatization of the customer service flow.
It works well with both Shopify and Recharge app.
Also the support is very good and quick.
The features have been amazing so far, meeting our needs to create a support system well. The customer support team has been excellent, all the agents have been responsive and helpful at all times :)
The single best app we use on Shopify. It saves us so much time in customer support by centralizing all the customer support channels. Their live chat support is the best of any app we've been using.
