Der bexio Connector läuft bei uns zuverlässig im Alltag: Shopify-Bestellungen landen automatisch als Auftrag bzw. Rechnung in bexio, inklusive korrekter MwSt-Behandlung und Kundendaten. Für einen Schweizer KMU-Shop erspart das täglich manuelle Doppelerfassung. Support und Weiterentwicklung durch Helvy sind spürbar aktiv. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Shopify sauber an ihre bexio-Buchhaltung anbinden wollen.
Sehr guter Kundenservice. Manchmal dauerte es jedoch etwas lange.
Boris resolved our issue within just a few minutes during a Zoom call. Comunication is clear, and the result is fantastic. I highly recommend scheduling a call instead of emailing support, as it is much faster and more effective for resolving configuration issues.
