Stel je voor dat een potentiële klant een T-shirt zoekt in je Shopify-winkel. Ze klikken op de variant Small-Rood en komen erachter dat deze is uitverkocht. Excellent service and incredibly fast support. We needed a custom solution to add a strike-through to out-of-stock products/variants and also make sure our Notify Me popup continued to work correctly.

The team at HiVar is absolutely amazing! I'm using the app in a way that it wasn't really intened for, but I didn't know that at the time of install. Once I was playing around with it, I realized that it wouldn't do what I needed, so I contacted support and told them my situation and they worked on the back end to make their app do exactly what I needed it to do. Communication was fast and efficient. It took a few tries of using the app and going back and forth with support as they would make adjustments and have me try it on my end and I would report back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP! Its a great app with a great support team behind it!

We offer a 1-click technical support for the paid plan where our developers will analyse and fix any issues within 24 hours. I see that you have not availed the technical support nor contacted our 24x7 customer support via Live Chat to inform us of the issue.
If you have a bought a theme outside the Shopify theme store or customised a theme, the app obviously cannot be expected to work out-of-the-box and requires developer intervention to resolve any conflicts. We've been successfully doing this for so many happy customers in the past 6 months.
