This app makes it effortless to add SF Express pickup points directly on our Shopify checkout. Setup was fast and straightforward, and it works especially well for Hong Kong based stores.
On top of that, the support team has been excellent, always polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions.
Your plugin is applied, but it keeps crashing and the options page isn't displaying correctly.（The technicians fixed it, and no problems have been found so far.）

This app is a very useful app for our Shopify store in Hong Kong. Setting up SF Express pickup points and retail store pickup options was straightforward, and our customers really appreciate having more flexible delivery choices. The app integrates smoothly with the Shopify checkout page and supports both English and Chinese, which is great for our local customers.
The customer service team is excellent—always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we have questions or need support. Overall, this app has made order pickup and delivery much more convenient for us and our customers. Highly recommended for any Hong Kong Shopify store!

非常遺憾 未能顯示順豐店舖位置導致工作量大增 有很多件因為地址不詳細退回，造成非常不便 而客服方面多次詢問都未能夠解決
Sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced. However, as I explained it to you multiple times, the root cause is that Shopify's cart permalink stops working on your store for a unknown reason but so far Shopify has not had a fix yet. I understand your frustration and we feel the same. We have followed up this issue diligently with you and Shopify staff via 20+ emails. We are so sad to find this unfair 2-star rating on our app, as this issue is not caused by us.

However, I noticed that you haven't turned on address line 2 so that a part of the address is missing. Please go to Settings > Checkout > Address line 2 and set it to Optional.
