hoop Loyalty Program & Rewards

Easy to setup, very beginner friendly, yet it can be customised to any settings I want to. Highly Recommended.
The UI can get better but it's still absolutely and easy to understand.

Honestly one of the easiest app setups I've done. Everything is where you'd expect it to be, nothing is hidden behind ten menus, and I had the whole thing configured way faster than I planned for. Ive been looking for rewards app for quite some time deleting and installing different ones again and again and this just solved all those problems in one fell swoop. Have not had any troubles with it nor come across any bugs.

Easy Setup. Very simple to use. I just hope we get our repeat customer from this App. But up until now we have zero issues with the App. It's top notch. I would Highly Recommend it to everyone.

We’ve had a great experience using Hoop Loyalty Program & Rewards on Khayest.pk. The app gives us a simple way to manage customer loyalty, reward points, VIP tiers, and referrals directly within Shopify.

The setup is straightforward, the dashboard is easy to understand, and having features like points on purchases, customer rewards, referral incentives, and VIP levels in one place makes managing our loyalty program much easier.

We especially like the flexibility to customize earning and redemption rules according to our store. It’s a solid Shopify loyalty and rewards app for merchants looking to improve customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement.

The team has also been responsive and helpful whenever support was needed. Definitely recommended for Shopify stores looking for a reliable loyalty, rewards, VIP tiers, and referral solution.

EASY TO USE. I REPEAT. EASY TO USE.
No extra and fancy buttons. Just easy and understandable. was able to set it up with in 10 minutes.
SO THANK YOUUUUU.
