Haru Lin, Suki and Niki are my great suppliers. Excellent communication and efficient. They are extremely friendly and are willing to help and negotiate deals with manufacturers, sending multiple listings to compare. HyperSku is my go to for fulfillment and services, and I have never been able to find suppliers that provide better support, and value. 10/10 for HyperSku and the team I work with. (Haru, Suki, Niki)
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a fulfillment company. I have been in this business for over six years, and I was genuinely excited to give HyperSKU a try, but unfortunately, my first experience has been extremely disappointing.
A tracking number was added to my order, yet seven days passed with absolutely no movement or update. I had to reach out myself to ask what was happening. Only then was I told by the agent that they had discovered the item was oversized and that I would need to pay an additional $24 on top of the $78.35 I had already paid.
This is completely unacceptable. How can an additional shipping charge be added seven days after I already paid the quoted fulfillment and shipping cost? I had already charged my customer based on the cost provided to me, so I cannot simply go back to my customer a week later and increase their shipping charge because HyperSKU miscalculated the cost.
What concerns me even more is the lack of communication. If I had not contacted the agent myself, when would I have been informed that there was an issue with the shipment?
As a business owner, I need a fulfillment partner I can rely on for accurate pricing, timely shipping, and proactive communication. Unfortunately, this experience has failed on all three.
Hi BLACKHOM,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this experience has caused.
We completely understand your concerns regarding the tracking delay, the unexpected shipping price adjustment, and the lack of proactive communication. As a fulfillment partner, accuracy, timely updates, and clear communication are our top priorities, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this instance.
Please be assured that your case has been escalated, and your dedicated Sales Account Manager is actively reviewing the order details to resolve this issue for you directly.
We truly value your business and hope to work through this with you to make things right.
Best regards,
The HyperSKU Team
