It's quite glitchy.
Customers sometimes email me needing help to place an order a different way, because they can't upload the photos, or can't crop them etc.. I feel this would lead to loosing sales when they get fed up and look elsewhere to buy instead.
I've tested myself and come across the same issues from time to time.
Finally after a few years I am searching for a new app.
This app is amazing! What impressed me the most was the outstanding support team. I encountered an issue due to a conflict with my theme, and they handled it with incredible professionalism. They took the situation very seriously and managed to resolve the problem within just a few days. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and efficiency they provided.
