The app needs work on the free plan and also the paid plan. I scheduled a video call with the developer to find out why the app didn't work but he/she did not show up. I re-scheduled another video call the 2nd time, and again the developer did not show up. What more can I say?
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We truly value your time and wanted to ensure you received the assistance you needed.
We had joined the call at the scheduled time, however, it seems there was a misunderstanding with the time zone, which likely caused us to miss connecting with you. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and I regret the miscommunication.
Please let us know your availability, and we will adjust accordingly to make sure we connect without any further confusion.
We’re here to help and want to make sure your experience with our app is smooth and successful.
