This app is a fantastic resource for direct customer communication on your website, and the best part is that it's completely free! Plus, it won't slow down your site and integrates seamlessly with your website. What more could you ask for?

Very good. Seems to be a little laggy between phone and computer. It usually appears on phone immediately and sometimes message doesn't show up for up to 5 minutes on the computer. Other than that works great!!

Outil qui augmente et aide au contact avec les nouveaux clients, les commandes en préparation, le service après-vente.
Client saisit l'opportunité de la fenetre proposé pour surfer autrement et faire progresser son idée.
Intéressantes possibilités d'insérer des liens vers des produits et avec une image vignette !
Difficile d'accès avec le mobile (GSM, téléphone portable), dommage.

Eigentlich ein wirklich tolles Tool!
Wir verkaufen jedoch international und es gibt keine Übersetzungsoptionen. Das ist sehr mühsam, weil wir immer alles in Google übersetzen müssen um dann antworten zu können. Hoffentlich gibt es dafür bald eine Lösung. Das wäre ein Segen
Auf jeden Fall ist die App sehr zu empfehlen!

Very happy with the app. The only thing I wish it could do is to easily create a new order from the app as opposed to having to log into the last order in Shopify.

La uso da pochi giorni, ma al momento non posso che dichiararmi totalmente soddisfatto. App gratuita, totalmente configurabile e ovviamente perfettamente connessa al mio e-commerce. Al momento non trovo difetti. Top!

This is a great app so far. Would love a way to bookmark, star, or prioritize open chats or create some kind of ticketing system. As sometimes there is follow-up required with some questions.

Also would love the ability to save/organize/tag chats.

Great app! Would be great if customer had an option that could ad phone number instead of email and also would be great to can embed the chat button anywhere.

J'utilise Shopify Inbox pour faciliter les échanges avec les clients de mon site e-commerce.
Cela permet à mes clients de me poser très facilement leurs questions, et à moi d'y répondre tout aussi facilement. De cette façon, je suis sûr de n'oublier personne, et d'avoir une bonne réactivité.
