It helps a lot but when something particular or out of ordinary is involved into the conversation, I need to edit it a bit.

La respuesta es muy lenta me gustaria que mas personas puedan responder no solo 1 como puedo expandir el plan, habra videos de como manejarla mejor

Sometimes great other times annoying as it won't close and you are left with annoyed shoppers who buy elsewhere as they cant ask questions and buy when there are bugs .... it wont let you leave the chat.

The app is super informative and integrates well with my email list. I could engage with my subscribers instantly, which was a big plus.

Have lot of room for improvement, to automate and make sales. AI auto answers, connect to agent only if needed, spam verification, hours of chat etc.

Simple and easy to use, keeps past conversations so i can keep track of topics and requests. Very happy with it's performance
