Alles hat wirklich hervorragend funktioniert! Iqra war super hilfsbereit und hat mir in Google Meet ausführlich dabei geholfen, alles einzurichten. Sie hat sich die Zeit genommen, alle Schritte genau zu erklären, und dadurch konnte ich sicherstellen, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert. Jetzt läuft alles einwandfrei, und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis!

Leiba and Fatima did a great job in the customer support.
Installed the app to track Bing conversions, but it simply does not work. I reached out to support and every 30 minutes I was talking to a different person, repeating the same steps over and over. No progress. Eventually, they claimed my theme was outdated – even though I’m using the latest version of Shrine, and every other conversion tracking app works perfectly. Waste of time. Avoid.
I installed this app on my store and needed assistance debugging some issues during the process. So, I reached out to one of their staff members, Laiba. She took the time to guide me through everything, helped me set up all the events across the sales funnel, and carefully checked every setting in both Shopify and my ads account. I truly appreciate their support throughout the process.

I was originally hoping to use the Microsoft Channel app but it's not available in Australia. This app has been a good alternative. Iqra was very helpful at getting the app set up. The initial install didn't work for me but after a couple of screen sharing settings we were up and running and with my conversion tracking successfully working. Thanks so much. I hope to be a long time user.
