Installed the app to track Bing conversions, but it simply does not work. I reached out to support and every 30 minutes I was talking to a different person, repeating the same steps over and over. No progress. Eventually, they claimed my theme was outdated – even though I’m using the latest version of Shrine, and every other conversion tracking app works perfectly. Waste of time. Avoid.
I installed this app on my store and needed assistance debugging some issues during the process. So, I reached out to one of their staff members, Laiba. She took the time to guide me through everything, helped me set up all the events across the sales funnel, and carefully checked every setting in both Shopify and my ads account.
