The app is very intuitive and a person with no IT experience can easily navigate .

Used for years but recently have had very poor quality frames and lack of accountability with the issues and refusing to package better as “other people don’t have this issue”…
Also have experienced a lack of accountability for their system errors and issuing refunds for damaged or poor quality orders. A great shame as they have a good customer service team and good pricing but just starting to not be worth it.
We really appreciate your custom for so many year and are sorry you've recently had some bad experiences with the frames. Despite not hearing this complaint often we are actively working on improved packaging that should be launched next month.

Inkthreadable have been superb so far. A few weeks in using them and every delivery has been made on time and I've had no issues whatsoever. They are very responsive and helpful via messenger/email and I can't fault them so far. The products and printing are high quality and they have a wide range of products available. Highly recommend them
