Insider Club adds a community forum to your online store. It uses your theme's header, footer and fonts, so it feels like part of your brand. Customers join with the account they already have on your store. They can post questions, share routines and reviews, reply and like. You moderate everything from the Shopify admin: approve, hide, pin or delete posts, review reports and ban members. Forum pages have their own URLs that search engines can index.
