Verwende die App bereits seit einigen Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Heute hatte ich ein Problem und bekam vom Support schnell Hilfe und das Problem konnte gelöst werden.
This review is a 4.5.
5 stars for customer service.
4 stars for the app service itself.
I purchased this App because I wanted to install my "X" feed to my website. There was no indication that "X" was not available at the time of purchase (4 stars because the app worked well with the other social feed I used). Then, I contacted customer service and was told the "X" feed is being worked on right now because of the API requirements that were implemented by "X". So, I asked for additional service time and was given 90 extra days until the "X" feed is available. Good job on them for giving the extra service time without any hesitation.
It took a day or two to get an answer, but the answer was the right solution, so thank you for your help there. I just wonder what will happen if this happens to customers. That the app shows that social media is blocked.
Thank you for your review!
However, it would mean so much if you could switch the rating to 5 stars instead, as we always try to aim for perfection.
Is there anything we can do on our side to deserve a 5-star instead? Anything it is, please do not hesitate to let us know and rest assured, we will do our best to help!

Great people to work with. They sorted out the problem quickly!!
Used the app to help me add shops social feed to my store. Easy to use and set up. Definitely recommend this app for my shopify store. I previously spent hours trying to do it.
I used the app on my website so I can share my social feed. I think this helps customers connect with our products.
Thanks for the great review! 😍Anything we can do to get 5 stars from you? We’d love to hear your feedback!
Does what I need it to. Really simple yet great looking scrolling Instagram feed at the bottom of my site. Great app.

This app is easy to use and so far I like it. I am using the free version which is great because many apps are expensive.
Easy to install and it does exactly what I want it do do, my kind of app. Can't wait to check out other app from this company.
