We love this app! It's allowed us to put multiple Instagram feeds on our website and the ability to tag products helps our customers find the items in our store quickly and easily.

It has helped show the process behind my designs coming to life - a truly valuable tool for showing my artisan business
Hi Helen C Walls Jewellery, we appreciate your 5-star review! It's wonderful to know the app is making a positive impact for your business. Best wishes!
the product is fine, but there is a lot of work needed to tag products in each individual post. i wish this was a more seamless action.
Thank you for your review! Products can be automatically tagged with zero manual work if you have Instagram Shopping enabled and our Plus plan. Our team reached out with instructions. Check your email.

We've tested it and we believe the idea is good, that is why we gave it 2 stars. But the reason we cannot give more stars is because the section does not have much flexibility.
Hi Knightsmen Grooming,
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
Our app section is flexible and can be adjusted to fit your store’s layout and style. Our team has already reached out to help configure the feed exactly the way you want it.

Excellent customer service. I submitted a request for assistance with a custom code for a legacy theme on a Friday morning and had the feed up and running Monday afternoon. The app itself works seamlessly and looks great on the page. Good product and team.
Hi Euphoria Chocolate Company, we truly appreciate your review! It's great to know that everything went well and that our support could help you promptly. We are always here if you need anything. All the best!
Has truly been an old faithful for my store. I’ve been using it for years and it remains one of the most reliable apps I have. It does occasionally disconnect, but getting it connected again is always quick and easy. What I appreciate most is how clean and simple the setup is. It provides an effortless way to bring social content onto my e-commerce pages without adding extra complexity. If you need a straightforward and dependable solution for displaying your Instagram feed, this app continues to deliver every time.
Thank you so much for the trust and for the many years you have been with us. Next year is our 10th anniversary and we are just starting :)
The disconnection is done by Instagram for security reasons. Our team can help you understand what triggers it. We have launched an option to notify you when the account disconnects that you can activate in your app Settings.
If you need any help with it, feel free to reach out!
Have a great day!
