The team at Mintt and their developers were very quick to respond. I love it when a company is just about getting things done and done right. I made a request for help on custom code to match the header my theme's CSS, and it was done without hesitation. With quick and straightforward service from Mintt, I didn't even think twice about upgrading, and opted for the annual plan. Good customer service wins every single time. Thank you!

Solid basic functionality but customization is somewhat limited. However, I was able to quickly and easily have my customization issues resolved by the support staff. Good offerings for the free and lower tiers.

Does not work on firefox ??
-> Still not work on my Mac OS 10.15.7 - Firefox 121.0.1 (64 bits).

Hello Les Savons d'Olivier, our app is fully compatible with all browsers. We can see that the feed is working on your store on Firefox. Can you please have a look at the email our support team has sent to the store owner email asking for more details? Thank you
Support responses were incompetent and lacked appreciation of paying for their service. IG Reels just stopped posting for a couple days then one posted and stopped again. We were told that the issue was because we didn't have A PRO account which we did. So the first response was "give us money" without simply checking to see if we already did.
Then it was a music copyright accusation which was music provided by IG for business accounts. IG will remove or mute videos that misuse audio. We currently have paid advertising on IG with the same posts.
They have an unhelpful "it's your fault" response instead of helping to resolve so the app runs smoothly again. Instead of assisting, the support attempts to blame shift the customer, gaslight the issue and avoid addressing errors of the app. We enjoyed their app until we needed "support."

As our support team previously mentioned, some of your Reels are restricted by the Instagram API due to the use of copyrighted songs. While these songs are permissible within the Instagram platform itself (as Instagram secures the necessary rights), they cannot be displayed externally, such as in your store. This is a standard policy to respect and protect copyright laws. This is explained in our documentation.
However, we assure you that all other Reels, especially those without copyright issues, were indeed visible after you upgraded to our Pro plan. Our team suggested this upgrade as the most suitable solution for your needs.

I have an older Parallax theme that we are still running that works great for us, but it did not have the option of easily adding Instafeed. I contacted support and they were on it the same day getting it installed and running. Great customer service and we like the look and feel of the app with our Instagram.

Recently switched over from another Instagram Shopping app due to high cost and I'm rather delighted with how clean the design is and how the reels can be automatically played on the website! (:
Requested for help to integrate the app into the website and it was answered within the same day by Inês! Kudos to her for helping me with making the window pop out as well.
Feedback-wise, it would be better if the app allows us to include more than one Instagram account and would be even more perfect if the product shows the price and variant available as well as the ability to add to cart within the pop up window as well. Last but not least, please don't increase the price, thank you! (:

We have been using Instafeed on our website homepage for months. It is a great way to add an interesting feature to our homepage - much higher impact than just saying "Follow us on Instagram". Plus it is updated every time we do an IG post so we get an ever changing look to that part of the page without actually making any changes ourselves.
We wanted to add Instafeed to our email Newsletters as well but could not work out how to do that. A help request to Mintt Studio got an ultra fast response and although technical limits on email content mean that we cannot incorporate the Instafeed App itself into our newsletters they came up with a simple solution for a static display instead. Thank you Ines on their support team.

I just needed a bit of a tweek to the Instafeed app placement on my website as I have been using it for a few years now and the Support was almost instant with a good outcome. I do definitely recommend it.
