We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.
We’re really sorry this felt frustrating. We replied to your support request in under two hours by email and also offered a video call to help, but unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. The duplicate submissions you saw are very likely caused by another IndexNow app running alongside ours, and using a single, officially supported IndexNow solution prevents this. The core IndexNow feature does not add any code to store pages. Only optional features like Schema or Instant Navigation add very lightweight code, and these load only if enabled. We’d still be happy to review your setup, help resolve what you were seeing, and discuss compensation as requested.
Installed. Didn't work.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.
We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t work as expected. We have checked our server logs and found no errors related to your shop, which suggests that the issue might have been a temporary hiccup in either Shopify loading our app or an internet connection problem. In most cases, simply refreshing the page can resolve these kinds of issues.
We pride ourselves on offering top-notch customer support and are committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible—most support tickets are resolved within hours. We would love the opportunity to make this right for you.
To ensure you have a smooth experience, we invite you to reinstall the app and get in touch with us directly at support@klipp.tech if you encounter any issues. Our dedicated support team is always ready to assist you and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
