An excellent app

Instant.so is an incredible tool. I've been an e-commerce business owner for 10 years and have been working with Shopify for half of that. It's always been really difficult to customize landing pages within Shopify, and the process has always been:
1. Hire a designer.
2. Get the designer to make the Figma files.
3. Get the developer to then develop the page.
This can take as long as two weeks to fully accomplish.

With instance, I don't need a designer. I don't need a developer. All I need to do is download the app, ask the AI to build the page for me based on our brand parameters, or you can use their hundreds of templates that they offer. It's so easy and so seamless, plus the team is awesome. Shout out to Arslan for being so helpful. And shout out to Coen for creating such a brilliant product that anybody in e-commerce can use.

La aplicación cumple su función, pero el proceso de desinstalación no es claro ni sencillo, la IA que te atiende no explicativa. Me encontré con pasos poco intuitivos y falta de información, lo que me hizo perder más tiempo del esperado y tener que pagar un mes de uso, cuando la aplicación ha sido utilizada sólo durante 5 días. Sería muy positivo que revisaran este punto para mejorar la experiencia del usuario.

We're still working on our Shopify store and haven't launched yet, but Instant has already made a huge difference. The builder is super intuitive and gives us full creative control without needing to code. It’s helped us shape a website that truly reflects our brand. Also, the support is being incredible, fast, clear, and genuinely helpful every time we have a question. We’re really looking forward to launching and continuing to build with Instant. Wir nutzen Instant, um verkaufsstarke Produktseiten zu erstellen, und es hat für uns wirklich einen großen Unterschied gemacht.

Was besonders heraussticht, ist die Flexibilität. Wenn man einmal verstanden hat, wie die Templates aufgebaut sind, lassen sich sehr saubere und conversionstarke Seiten erstellen – ohne die typischen Einschränkungen von Standard-Shopify-Themes. Gerade die Möglichkeit, mit mehreren Templates zu arbeiten (vor allem nach dem Upgrade), ist extrem hilfreich, wenn man ein breites Sortiment hat.

Auch der Support ist top: schnell, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich Interesse daran besteht, dass das Tool im Alltag funktioniert.

Was man aber auch sagen muss: Sobald es darum geht, umfangreiche Produktseiten mit dynamischen Inhalten aufzubauen, wird es schnell komplex. Die Einrichtung und Pflege der dynamischen Felder – besonders bei vielen Produkten oder Varianten – ist teilweise aufwendig und braucht etwas Einarbeitung.

Insgesamt gilt: Wenn man seine Produktseiten wirklich auf ein neues Level heben will und bereit ist, sich einzuarbeiten, ist Instant ein sehr starkes Tool. Hübsches Ding, Flensburg

I had a critical sync issue just one day before my store launch. I was very worried, but the support team (Arslan) was incredibly helpful. He jumped into the builder, identified the issue immediately, and explained the mechanism clearly. The app itself is powerful, but their customer support is what truly sets them apart. Thank you for saving my launch!

It is a great app with great support. I am using the trial version richt now. But it looks great. I think I will get the full version soon.
