Great app and exceptional support, can highly recommend!
Thanks a lot Mario and Nina! It's a pleasure to work with you 🙂
Sync Pilot is an absolute game-changer! As someone who has been on the lookout for a solution to seamlessly manage our item master in Airtable while ensuring effortless synchronization with Shopify, Sync Pilot has been a dream come true.
One of the standout features of Sync Pilot is its ability to eliminate duplication of efforts. With this app, maintaining uniformity of information across platforms is finally a reality. The automatic bidirectional sync between Airtable and Shopify ensures that our product information is always up-to-date, saving us valuable time and resources.
Another of our key goals when creating a robust item master was filtering and presenting product information in different ways to different audiences. Sync Pilot empowers us to do so with ease.
Moreover, the support provided by the Sync Pilot team is exceptional. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to address any concerns or implement new features. We are viewing Sync Pilot as not just an app; their team is becoming a valuable partner in our business operations. We couldn't be happier with the seamless integration, powerful features, and outstanding support.
Thanks a lot Pia! It's a pleasure to work with you :)
Works like a charm, and the team is amazing for the support during the installation.
Highly recommended
Thanks Coline!
This is a mission critical sync for us and it has been working great. Only one minor issue in 4 months of use and their team solved it in under a few hours for us.
Thanks a lot for your review and being such a great user Michael! 😎
SyncBase has completely transformed the way we manage data between our Shopify stores and Airtable. We were initially concerned that setting up bi-directional syncing would be a major hurdle—but SyncBase made it effortless. The app is incredibly fast, rock-solid reliable, and has handled large volumes of product and order data with zero issues.
When we reached out to Théau with a request to sync an additional datapoint, he replied immediately and let us know it was already in progress. That level of responsiveness and support is rare and much appreciated.
We're now rolling out SyncBase across multiple Shopify stores we manage for clients, and it’s allowed us to unlock Airtable’s full potential in our workflows including clean interfaces, inventory management, and order approval systems. If you're working with Airtable and Shopify, this app is an absolute must-have. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for your review Don! It's a pleasure to work together and to keep improving the app with your feedback and feature requests ⚡️
This > Airpower. I tried using Airpower and it instantly broke and the UI started to clutter with a bunch of different items. SyncBase Airtable was so much simpler to set up and use. It doesn't have as many advanced features as Airpower but it works, and it works well. The team jumped on a call with me within 48 hours to onboard us and really wanted to understand our use case to improve their app. Their support responds immediately and they go out of their way to help you find a solution.
It's a pleasure to have you on board Andrew! Be sure that we're working hard to make the app even better and you will be able to access super advanced features (way better that any other synchronization other app) 👊
Fantastic app for syncing Shopify orders with Airtable and adding filtering options! We were previously juggling Google Sheets and Zapier for this, and it was a total headache. Théau’s tool has saved us so much time. Highly recommend!
Thanks a lot for your amazing review! We will keep adding features to let you manage your store in the most efficient way 🔥
This app is priceless! We wanted to create a custom products management system with Airtable and we tried all the app we could find. But we needed an instant sync and not a simple export/import system. That was not possible before SyncPilot! We’re now saving tons of time with no human errors (happened a lot before because of manual sync). Another amazing thing is that Axel and Théau are making constant improvements based on what we asked them! Would recommend this app to any store owner!
