SyncBase's technology has been instrumental in enabling our unprecedented level of customer personalisation and price transparency across 250,000+ possible configurations. The team's outstanding support and responsiveness is also second to none. A pleasure to work with - thank you SyncBase team!
Thank you Mikah and all the Heirest team! Such a massive work done for the launch 🫡
The SyncBase team had excellent, prompt communication, executed my customization -including thorough testing- exactly as i requested, and did so very quickly (within a week... i wasn't in a rush). I will be using them for additional custom work now that the critical integration with AirTable and its forms are complete.
It has been a pleasure to work with the entire Verbena team! Looking forward to keep building your Operations System with you 🤩
Incredibly intuitive and setup was easy. We needed it specifically for 2-way syncing inventory but I'm impressed with all the other features. Happy that this will be a product that we'll be able to continue to scale into.
Also, 5-stars for their customer support. I hit a snag during setup and was on a video call with them the next day to sort through it. Lovely team. Patient and SUPER helpful. We had everything running smoothly in less than 30 minutes.
Was a real pleasure to help you setup the app Eric! Thanks for your review and energy 🤩
Supper app, très complète et fiable, et équipe très à l'écoute en cas de besoin
Merci François ! C'est un plaisir de voir ce que tu as construit pour Yoti 🔥
Just not what was advertised, going back to Make.com. it will create its own limited airtable for shopify if you dont mind conforming all your systems to its format and layout but using your own airtable just isnt working - and a painful AI bot... that keeps promoting more spend to hire them to do the work... or just go to Upwork
Hi Jon, we’re sorry to hear SyncBase didn't meet your expectations.
We typically see users switching from n8n or Zapier because they find our interface much more intuitive. However, every workflow is unique, and sometimes it takes more than a few minutes to see the full value.
Our AI chatbot provides immediate support, but our team always follows up personally to ensure everything is on track.
We’d still love to help you get set up via a founder call.
And as explained, for complex, 'done-for-you' implementations, we do offer professional services, as our team’s dedicated time is a paid add-on.
Théau has been exceptional to work with. Our use case was complex and not straightforward, yet he took the time to walk through everything in detail and ensure I fully understood how to move forward. It’s rare to find app support like this. SyncBase ultimately gave us the solution we needed, and Théau’s support and clarity made the entire experience stand out.
It's a real pleasure to work with you Gilberto! A huge thanks for waking up so late at night for your onboarding call 💪
Fantastic app and great support. Théau and Julien helped me develop custom functionality that saves us a lot of manual work when restocking products based on invoice. Thank you!
Thank you so much David and long life to Tomatosharp!
This team will fight for you to help you get what you need and earn your five star review. For most stores, their one click sync is all you need. I'm likely a more unique shop with hundreds of products, and as I sell footwear, each product has dozens of variants. Since my original review, I've hit some major complications, but again, this is likely because I've got several products and variants.
It's been exhausting to find a tool to help me manage my inventory in Airtable, but SyncBase is a fantastic product built by an excellent team.
Other tools I've tested have clunky onboarding, slow support, or missing key features, but after some work, I'm able to find what I need in a reasonable manner. Their 10 day free trial is more than enough time to get the foundation in place.
SyncBase is the exact solution we were looking. The integration setup was incredibly quick and very easy, everything was setup in minutes and fully synced in a few hours. The near real-time integration is lightning fast and has worked flawlessly in both directions. Théau and the entire team really went above and beyond taking the time to understand our specific use case. We highly recommend this app and team!
It was a real pleasure to make this call with you Josh! Thanks a lot for your time to explain your use-case + the review 🤩 We're gonna create new templates and documentation to go even further.
AMAZING APP! Does what it says and just works. Instant sync from either Shopify or Airtable is an absolute game changer. I have been able to build everything I needed for my custom business solution just from this App.
The support team has also been extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions!
