We installed this app to help mitigate the costs associated with damaged and lost parcels. Rajan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the setup process, taking the time to configure the app to meet our specific requirements. The setup was smooth, and the support we received was excellent. We’re very happy with the experience so far and would highly recommend both the app and the level of customer service provided.
We added Insureful to Amaluna Vogue mainly to reduce headaches from lost and damaged parcels — and it's done exactly that. Customers happily add the protection at checkout, claims are simple, and we've turned a support problem into extra peace of mind for buyers (and a small revenue stream for us). What impressed me most was the support team: quick, patient, and they configured everything to fit our checkout perfectly. It just works quietly in the background. Exactly what a shipping protection app should be.

it barely works. customers add to cart and it doesn't actually add to cart. waste of money and time. customer live chat also does not work. it's a scam

I was looking for an easy and convenient way to offer shipping insurance to customers and this app showed as best rated. It was very easy to setup, the team is very friendly and always eager to help.
we installed the app and scheduled a meeting to understand how to set up the system as we have a very large store with thousand of products and orders a month, the time for the meeting was 10:30 PM as the support team does not work on USA time.... WHATCH THIS...
even after getting an email reminding us of the meeting NOBODY SHOWED UP, so we had to overpay our team to attend a meeting where the support and customer service did not even care to show up, cancel or reschedule... this tell you EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS APP AND COMPANY...
