Pretty solid app. We were spending too much time answering the same basic questions, but this ai handles most of them automatically now by pulling the right info from our policies. Setup was straightforward and it's been running smoothly so far. Their team helped us in settings up app.
I installed this app and setup myself but i found it difficult to set mail notifications but thanks to support team for doing it for me, genuinly they were quick to respond
