Intelligems has been a fantastic addition to our stack. The platform itself is well thought out. You can tell the team is continuously improving the product, which makes a big difference over time.

Customer service is great, features continue to expand, and a good balance of a tool with an easy to use merchant experience + technically enabled tool fit to do complex tasks

Good AB testing tool, functionality easy to use. Customer support team are always super helpful with building tests or helping you to fix issues.

Given the price of the app, there should be live support to help customers. As it is, you're on your own and have to figure things out yourself.

This app does exactly what I need it to do without a million confusing additional features.

Frankly, given the price of the app, I find it OUTRAGEOUS that there is no chat support, only email. It's ridiculous, no follow-up, no help. It's better to find an app with support.

While we don’t currently offer live chat, all Intelligems customers have access to a dedicated Slack channel with our support team, in addition to email support. Although Slack isn’t instant in the same way as live chat, we actively monitor requests and always aim to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible during business hours.
