Not only is it the best A/B testing tool for Shopify, they have amazing responsive support. Highly recommend.
Thanks so much for the kind review! We're always happy to help, and so glad to hear that the app is working so well for your testing goals!
Great!
I havent officially started using the app yet but I must just give a big shout out to Chris from the Support Team how has helped me build it behind the scenes. I found it a little tricky adding the custom codes to theme etc so thank you Chris for actually going above and beyond to help. Cheers
Thank you so much for this kind review and shouting out our team member! We're here to help if you need it and excited to see what you build with Intelligems!
The best A/B testing platform for Shopify, hands down. Fantastic support as well.
Thank you for the high praise! We're glad Intelligems is delivering on both the testing side and the support side — that combo is exactly what we aim for. Appreciate you taking the time to share this!
Game changer for ecommerce. This app allows you to learn about your customers and truly optimize for profit.
Thank you! "Optimize for profit" is really the heart of what we built Intelligems to do — moving past surface-level metrics to help you actually understand your customers and make decisions that move the business forward. Glad it's landing that way for you. Appreciate the review!
Excellent support that goes beyond what is expected.
Thank you so much for the great feedback, our support team is always happy to help!
The best all-in-one AB testing app on Shopify - hands down. Features from content, template, image, copy, checkout, cart, post-purchase! You name it, Intelligems does it. As someone in UI/UX who has used several AB testing platforms, Intelligems is second to none on interface/usability. Metrics from each test are clear and easy to see/filter with the famous Intelligems blue bars for testing results. In the very few times I've ever had to reach out for support, customer service/support has resolved my issue within the hour. I cannot recommend Intelligems enough!!
Wow, thank you so much for this incredibly kind review! Hearing this from someone with your UI/UX background means a lot to the whole team. We put a ton of care into making the interface intuitive and the results easy to act on, so it's awesome to know that comes through. We're also thrilled the support experience has been so smooth. Can't wait to keep building features worthy of reviews like this one!
We had an issue with variant selection not being correctly inferred on page load, which was impacting our price testing setup. The Intelligems team was very responsive and proactive in diagnosing the problem.
Gustavo and the Solutions Team went the extra mile by reworking the integration on a separate theme and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure the correct variant is picked up from the start. The fix worked as expected, and everything is now running smoothly.
Really appreciate the hands-on support and quick turnaround from the team. Great experience overall!
So glad to hear that our team was able to get things sorted quickly for you and that everything is running smoothly! Thanks for the kind words!
We run about 3 tests per month and love this - takes about 15 minutes to set up a test, and then the rest is easy. We also play with ABC tests, and mess with proportions a lot; I"d argue this might be the most valuable app we use today. Thanks folks!
This is amazing to hear! We love that you're getting value from your tests -- that's what we're here for! Thanks for trusting us as part of your stack.
Loving the platform and it's A/B testing capabilities. Dooley has been a great CS rep to work with. Anytime I have any sort of questions regarding our data, the intelligems team is quick to come in and help us understand what's going on. Excited to scale this brand by rolling out improvements through our tests.
We're so happy our team has been a great resource for you! Excited to see what you uncover as you continue scaling your tests. Thank you for taking the time to share this!
