An incredibly useful and well-made shipping tool to allow far more granular shipping rules than native Shopify allows. And top level support from the developer team, even adding a new feature within mere hours of raising a request!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Intuitive Shipping!
We're so glad that the flexibility of our software has helped you tailor your shipping setup to your business needs. It's especially wonderful to hear that our development team was able to respond so quickly to your feature request!
We're always looking for ways to make Intuitive Shipping better for our merchants, and feedback like yours plays an important role in that. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to work with you!

We couldn’t be happier with Intuitive Shipping! The app has been incredibly helpful, but what has really impressed us is the amazing customer service and support behind it.
A special shoutout to Paul for all of his help and support. Paul continues to be absolutely fantastic to work with—so patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we have everything working properly.
His follow up and checking in afterward to make sure everything is still working the way it should is so appreciated. That extra effort really says a lot about the commitment of the Intuitive team.
As a small business, having someone who is there to help when you need it makes such a difference.
Highly recommend Intuitive Shipping to any business looking for a great shipping solution backed by exceptional customer service.
5 stars for the app. And another 5 stars for customer service.
Thank you for taking time to share your experience and your recommendation. We are grateful for your kind words on the software and Paul's support.
Making sure things are working properly doesn’t end when a support conversation does, and we’re so glad his follow-ups and continued check-ins have made a difference for your business. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him!
Most of all, thank you for trusting Intuitive Shipping for the past eight years. We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your business. Whenever you need us, we’ll be here to help!

A little bit of a learning curve to become comfortable with the apps systems but once you use it, you realise how powerful this app is. You can set up shipping rules for almost any condition you can think of. Rules by tag, collection type etc
But best of all their support is some of the best i have received from a Shopify app. Their responses were timely and Michael even included loom videos to help explain the solution to a challenge i was having. I was very impressed.
I would recommend this app to anyone!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad you’ve been able to explore the flexibility of Intuitive Shipping and build shipping rules that work for your unique requirements.
We’re especially happy to hear Michael was able to help you work through your challenge and that the videos made things easier. Our team takes great pride in providing timely, personalized support, so we’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to him.
Thank you for trusting Intuitive Shipping and for the recommendation! Whenever you need us, our team is here to help.
