We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
This is not the experience we want for any merchant. It seems there may have been a communication gap. We did try to contact you via email to review your setup and assist further, but we’re sorry if the message was missed. Please contact our support team again, and we’ll be happy to help configure the app properly for your store.
Thank you for choosing Addify!
