We sought an app that offers Raw-Material Inventory Management at an affordable price and this app provides what we needed.
Also, they continue to make an effort to improve their app and have great customer support.
Rahul and app's tech-team addressed the issue we faced, and it was solved immediately.
We recommend it.
I cannot recommend installing this application. It is simply too buggy and does not work as advertised. I spent many days setting it up, hopeful it would improve my business, but instead it put my operations at risk. Incorrect inventory tracking and overselling out-of-stock items create a poor customer experience—especially for a business that takes customer trust seriously. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, there has been no resolution or fix, only assurances that the team will “look into it.” Avoid.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
Our team has tried reaching out multiple times but unfortunately hasn’t received a response yet. We genuinely care about our customers’ operations and remain fully committed to understanding and resolving any issues you’re facing.
Based on your earlier feedback, we also implemented fractional inventory logs as requested to help address your requirements. We would really like the opportunity to review your setup together and ensure everything works as expected.
Please contact our support team at your convenience so we can work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible. We’re committed to making this right.
I've been using this app to manage inventory (raw materials+finished goods)for our clothing business, and it has really helped us in streamlining our operations. The real-time inventory sync with detailed movement logs keeps everything up to date.
We run a "made to order" model, so managing inventory and keeping track of fabric and other raw materials manually was becoming difficult. With this app, we’ve been able to automate everything. Now we know our stock status on a daily basis. Since we use one fabric in different SKUs, the app's seamless mapping structure has helped us keep track of the availability and plan purchases accordingly. The initial setup was also very easy and straightforward. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to simplify their inventory management!
this app is a life saver for those maintaining bulk stocking and then repacking them as and when they get orders. theor customer service is too good.
We have been in search for an affordable app that manages end to end inventory, from raw materials to finished goods, and this app does it all. Very use to ease. Great app, highly recommend it!
We've tried a bunch of apps, and finally landed on this! It's great that they have thought and created a holistic solutions solving for most of the use cases. Great app, must try!
can't believe how spot on this is, the only one
