I have been using this app for over a month now and I have been really happy with how it has integrated into my daily workflow. In fact, it has mostly taken over my inventory workflow and simplified it in many ways. Creating purchase orders and receiving products is easy, accurate and I have peace of mind that what I am doing is not going to negatively impact my inventory.
We did an entire product inventory count and didn't have any issues. The counting was easy, and the adjustments at the end were painless.
The few simple suggestions I have submitted have been handled quickly and have been added to updates of the app quickly. Support is responsive and very helpful.
Overall I am very happy with how NorthStock has integrated into my bookstore and I am happy to have this app installed and part of my daily workflow.
