I just want to say 'please don't ever go anywhere' - i can't tell you how much easier this app makes my life. I've been with you for quite a while now and the product just keeps getting better.
Love this app. We use it for most of our reporting. The developers are so helpful, we have been able to make a few special requests for custom reporting that were accommodated. Highly Recommended.
A great tool that is essential for any startup business in e-commerce. Inventory planner guides allow people of any knowledge to pick up merchandising and the system will save you a lot of time and money.

Awful experience, dreadful service and woeful project management. 6 months after signing up we are still waiting to use the tool. They seem incapable of managing a project or providing any form of support.

Not to make excuses in any way, but the setup for your account is more complicated than is usually required from our customers and is requiring some significant development on our behalf to get you up and running in line with what you require operationally. Again, not an excuse, but some explanation in the spirit of transparency.
Please be reassured, we are working hard on getting you up and running and we will continue with our weekly check-in calls with your team until you are over the line.

Good inventory planning tool, forecasting works good based on historical data and has manual adjustment options. The ability to connect several warehouses is good. Good self service guides and documentaiton.

Inventory Planner has allowed us to get a better idea on future purchases by computing all the numbers for us. Their customer service is AMAZING, whenever I have a question they get back with me within a few minutes.

This is next stage analytics for demand forecasting. Forget the negative reviews, yes it is complicated but you need this complication to account for all demand factors!
Suggestion: make also an app for sales analytics.

The best inventory planning application with fast support. If you have an issue their technical team immediately gets it escalated and fixed. Excellent communication and the app is the key to successful inventory planning.

We have been working with Inventory planner for a year now. We couldn't be happier with the app. We manage both our Amazon FBA and Shopify inventory in the app and without it, we would be lost. Thank you guys, keep it up!
